Fitness work-out for Milan this morning at Milanello, on the pitch and in the gym. In the afternoon there will be the presentation of the new Adidas team kit at Malpensa, then the Milan Megastore. Tomorrow, only a morning training session.

MILANELLO - Continuing the intense pace of their pre-season, the Milan players arrived at Milanello at 9.00 to start work at 9.30.
The moring, as usual, was dedicated to fitness work-outs. After warming-up, which saw the players split into groups to run around the perimeter of the main pitch, coach Allegri divided the squad in two separate groups; one to work in the gym, the other to complete relays of the reduced pitch at the side of the changing rooms.
The session ended at approximately 11.30. The team will present the new Adidas kit at Malpensa, then the Milan Megastore, where at 14.30 they and their coach will meet the fans.
The training sessions on the outside pitch at the Milanello training complex will be suspended until further notice.
Milan will be back training tomorrow at 9.30, then in the afteroon they will board a fligth bound for London.
