ADRIANO GALLIANI: 'We are pointing to 70,000 in two weeks'

2/11/2007 4:33:00 PM

'I believe that Inter will be able to play their Champions League match on February 20 with 40 turnstyles installed so that will be around 45,000 and then in two weeks, with 60 turnstyles, there will be around 70,000 spectators. This is what the two clubs have told the Prefect of Milan and hopefully both teams will be able to play in front of their fans.' This is what Milan chief executive Adriano Galliani had to say on Playradio Sport Weekend. 'I strongly contest that the San Siro is not up to the norm, it was the norm for the decree. We have done great work over three days, we have had it authorised and we will definitely realise in the next months.'
