ZAMBROTTA: "Us Italians and solidarity..."

MILAN - "It will be an important day for us and the national team in L'Aquila, we've never been there and it's right to also show how Italians help." That's what the Azzurro player Gianluca Zambrotta said at the Italian national team's training ground at La Borghesiana, concerning the team's imminent arrival near the zones hit by the earthquake on 6 April. "Us Italians are able to distinguish ourselves through solidarity - Zambrotta added - I am a testimonial of the Lega Calcio for the fight against multiple sclerosis and I am the first to want to help when people suffer."
