Consent to the use of images I hereby assign and transfer, free of charge, to A.C. Milan S.p.A. the right to use photographic images of myself/my son that I’ll send to you in relation to insert them in section named “photoblog”, operating within the website www.acmilan.com. I further authorize you herewith to use or broadcast the above-said photographic images, without any limit of time and broadcasting, worldwide, through all the media currently known or invented in the future (including TV, wireless, wired, via satellite, Internet and/or other telematic networks and/or audiovisual media of any type), within print-outs or video-clip having an information or advertising purpose, provided that the rights relative to my and my son’s honour and reputation are in any case respected. The above represents of course an option and not an obligation to your charge. I further declare that both my son and I will not have anything to claim from you and/your assigns, for any title and for any reason whatsoever, in consideration of the use on you part and/or on the part of your assigns of the above-said photos and consequently the use of my and my son’s images and names. I consent to the treatment of my son’s and my personal data pursuant to Italian D.Lgs. n. 196/2003.
