MILAN – On Monday night, Alessandria’s Sporting Director Giuseppe Magalini spoke to the Milan Channel. This is what he said ahead of his side’s TIM Cup semi-final showdown with the Rossoneri:
"Our cup campaign began at the start of August and initially we treated it like a useful form of preparation for the league season. Then, and with each round, it started to become this incredible adventure that we’re now experiencing.
"There is a lot of enthusiasm amongst the fans, and they have just told me that sales have exceeded 20.000 tickets for the match with Milan. I don’t know if our work rate is our unique feature as a team, but it has to be said that Gregucci has done brilliantly to put together a team and give it an identity."
