The morning training session for the players in preparation for the away fixture against Bologna. A warm up in the gym, then exercises on strength and speed. At the end a mini match attack against defence.

MILAN - Today's training started at 10.30. The players began in the gym with 20 minutes of strength building exercises. Then they went on to the pitch to complete the muscle warm up, by running uphill and downhill. Then 10 minutes of speed and mini matches with three teams, following speed and pressure exercises. Coach Allegri asked for 30 minutes of high intensity.
The session concluded with a mini match with two teams; the first had the objective of defending and the second to apply pressure.
Ignazio Abate started with light running on the lower pitch and then on the sand. Niang took part in the whole session and Bojan will arrive at Milanello this afternoon.
Tomorrow another programme is scheduled for 10.00.
