FLAMINI BACK IN TRAINING

French midfielder back in full training

MILAN - After a day off Milan return to training on Tuesday, February 26th to prepare for the weekend match against Lazio. 

The session started with a warm-up and then Massimiliano Allegri divided the players into two groups: the first group consisted of the players who had played in the derby and they went through a series of stretching runs along the side and byline of the central pitch. 

The other group were involved in runs and a sprint from one area to the other. They then moved on to ball work where Mathieu Flamini and Robinho also took part. The Brazilian then returned to the gym and the French midfielder went through some technical drills. 

The rest of the team then played a practice match with two cones and a big goal. Daniele Bonera did some running while Mario Balotelli, Kevin Constant, Philippe Mexes, Riccardo Montolivo e Giampaolo Pazzini went through a personalised session.
