DISABLED ACCREDITATION
HOW TO REQUEST ACCREDITATION

IMPORTANT NOTE: disabled fans arriving from abroad must present a translated copy (in Italian) of their disability certificate along with the original.
We would like to remind that emission of the accreditation will only take place once the individual has presented the necessary documentation to certify the disability and that it IS STRICTLY FOR PERSONAL USE AND CANNOT BE HANDED OVER TO ANOTHER PERSON.
IMPORTANT SERVICE INFORMATION
The accreditation request for disabled persons and any accompanying persons can only be sent EXCLUSIVELY via internet through our official website.
In order to access the service click here and complete the form. The details will be recorded and will be used for any further requests.
Please subscribe now and up-load your disability certificate in order to be able to request an accreditation for the up-coming games.
Important: within two days you will receive confirmation that the request has been either accepted or refused.
HOW TO APPLY FOR ONLINE ACCREDITATION
1- To access the accreditation section click here.
2- In order to use the online accreditation you must be REGISTERED: In order to register, click on ‘apply’ and fill in all necessary fields with your personal data, making sure to upload a copy of your disability certificate (100% disabled with the right to continual assistance).
A confirmation email will be sent to the address given after all the accuracy of all administrative data has been checked.
IMPORTANT: The application for online accreditation and the uploading of the certificate only has to be dine the first time. Once registered, you can applying for accreditation for successive games by clicking here. (see next point)
3- Only after having received the confirmation email, can you enter the system using the email address given during registration and the password previously chosen.
4- Choose the match by clicking on “accreditation request”. You are reminded that the requests will be accepted between 5 and 3 days prior to the match.
5- Fill in the accreditation request form making sure to insert all necessary data for your companion
6- The accreditation confirmation (necessary for gaining your ticket at the stadium on the day of the match) is generated immediately and automatically and can be printed.
7- If the accreditation request is unsuccessful because of unavailability the sign ‘Request Unsuccessful’ will appear and you will be able to download the PDF.
HOW TO ENTER THE STADIUM
1- Arrive at gate 11 with a copy of the confirmation from AC Milan at least 40 minutes before the start of the game. After this time expires the right of first refusal can take place. After passing through the entrance at game 11, one can reach their seat through game 7.
2- Fans with disabilities may present with a single companion, who is off legal age. The stadium is free for both parties.
3- Tickets will only be handed out to those who turn up at gate 11 with the following documentation: a copy of the accreditation confirmation document from the AC Milan Club; I.D card; original copy of Disability Certificate.
