I requested a card online: is the code I receive active for ticketing services?

The CRN Card purchased online is in "to be authorised" status: this means that it's valid for ticketing operations such as accessing the name change service or purchasing tickets and season tickets in the cardholder's name. If the document check is positive, the operators will register the card as "active/authorised", which means the CRN Card becomes fully operational for all ticket functions.
