Is the fan card issued by AC Milan valid for attending matches of other teams that aren't playing against AC Milan?

The Cuore Rossonero card, being a Fan Card, also allows you to attend other matches in which AC Milan aren’t playing, however, only if the holder has been authorised and the card is therefore active.
