What is the authorisation procedure?

The authorisation of the cardholder takes place by verifying the ID documents provided at the time of purchase. For cards purchased at salespoints, the authorisation is immediate, and the cards issued are therefore already authorised.

In the case of online applications, the holder must provide a copy of the ID documents during the purchase procedure, so that the operators can proceed with the authorisation during the validation of the request. If the documents provided online are valid, the card will be made 'active' by the operators and will become fully operational. If the documents provided cannot be read or are incorrect, the cardholder will be notified and will have to personally go to the stadium ticket office or to Casa Milan to carry out the validation, or he can send a copy of the documents to cuore.rossonero@acmilan.com.
