TRAINING RESUMES AHEAD OF EUROPA LEAGUE TIE

The countdown to the Rossoneri's showdown against Shamrock Rovers has begun

AC Milan resumed training today after being granted a day of rest by Coach Pioli yesterday. The Rossoneri were hard at work ahead of their first competitive fixture of the season at 20:00 CEST on Thursday 17 September, when they’ll face Shamrock Rovers in the second qualifying round of the Europa League in Dublin. Paolo Maldini and Frederic Massara were both in attendance at Milanello today.

REPORT
After activating their muscles in the gym, the group headed to the lower pitch behind the changing rooms, where they completed a series of rondos at the highest possible intensity. The session then continued with a number of technical drills accompanied by fitness work. To finish, there was a practice match on a reduced section of the pitch.
