The Rossoneri met for lunch at Milanello before finishing the day off giving to the players by Stefano Pioli. Paolo Maldini and Frederic Massara were also present at the session.
As usual, the players started their warm-up in the gym, where they activated their muscles and did a series of strength exercises using the equipment. The group then began the session with some speed drills. They then moved onto work with the ball with a series of drills working on possession. The first part of training ended with a series of athletic drills; this took the form of 100 and 50 metres along the touchline.
