Andrea Stašková was born in Znojmo, Czech Republic, on 12 May 2000. She initially progressed through the youth ranks of Znojmo and Sparta Praha, where she won a youth league title in 2015/16. She then made the step-up to the first team in the following seasons, and particularly stood out between 2017 and 2019.  During this two-year period, she won both the league and Czech Women's Cup twice, made her senior international debut (as of June 2023, she'd scored 14 goals in 37 appearances) and found the net 46 times across two seasons. She thus caught the attention of Juventus, who signed her in July 2019. Her first goal came in the Champions League - away to Barcelona - and she went on to score seven times in 17 appearances in her first season, during which she was the only player to score in all four competitions the Bianconere were involved in. She spent a total of three seasons in Turin, bagging 36 goals in 85 matches (in Italy and Europe) and winning the Scudetto (x3), Supercoppa Italiana (x3) and Coppa Italia. She then moved to Atlético Madrid in the summer of 2022. Before joining AC Milan in June 2023, she scored three goals in 27 appearances (mostly as a substitute) for the Spanish side.
