Dominance, both on the pitch in the voting for the MVP award. After Lazio and Juventus, Franck Kessie has again been chosen as MVP, this time for AC Milan v Parma. The result of the vote was overwhelming: he won with a whopping 63% ahead of Çalhanoğlu (25%), Romagnoli (7%) and Bonavnetura (4%). A formidable performance, sumptuous, displaying both physical and technical prowess. He scored a marvellous goal to equalise, one which sparked the Rossoneri's fightback. The shot was unsaveable, to be watched and rewatched.
But Kessie did so much more than just score (his third goal in three games) yesterday evening at San Siro. Over the course of 94 minutes, he had a 100% dribbling success rate and completed the most passes (71). He also made eight recoveries and successfully completed four long balls forward. Great numbers for a player who has given great balance to the side. Always starting, always decisive. Your energy is irrepressible, Franck!
