BEST SAVE 2019/20: GIGIO WINS!

The final of AC Milan's save of the season 2019/20 was won by Gigio Donnarumma thanks to a magnificent piece of goalkeeping to deny Lasagna in Udinese 1-0 AC Milan at the Dacia Arena last August. Rossoneri fans voted on the Club's official social channels. The save may not have been good to win any points, but the mix of bravery, reflexes and instincts stopped Udinese doubling the scoreline.

More than 40 Serie A and Coppa Italia matches have passed since that feat on opening day, but that blow to the kidney in Udine stands out among the rest, beating other great saves by that very same number 99 and also by Begović and Korenčiová. Congrats, Gigio!
