HAPPY BIRTHDAY, SIMON!

Someone who everyone looks up to. Simon Kjær has been a point of reference from the very first moment he started wearing the AC Milan shirt in January 2020. This was made abundantly clear on 4 December 2021, when, in their match against Salernitana, the whole team paid tribute to their Danish teammate, who had picked up a serious injury against Genoa three days before that.

Everyone is hoping that Simon, who turns 33 today, will come back stronger than ever before, thus continuing a story that was only temporarily halted on that evening in Genoa. There have been many brilliant chapters so far, like his goal at Old Trafford or the many fantastic performances that saw him establish himself as a formidable pillar in the heart of AC Milan’s defence. His contract renewal until 2024 only makes the countdown to his return even more exciting. Many happy returns, Simon. We look forward to seeing you back in action!
