LEÃO STARTS BUT PORTUGAL LOSE TO SWITZERLAND

Portugal played their fourth game in the current UEFA Nations League campaign but slumped to their first defeat in Group 2. The Seleção were beaten 1-0 by Switzerland in Geneva; Seferović opened the scoring after just 56 seconds and Portugal couldn't manage to break through and pull themselves level. Leão started and played for 62 minutes before making way for Diogo Jota. Portugal have now been overtaken at the top of the group by Spain.
