A new month and a new year for the Rossoneri, who, in 2021, will try to repeat the brilliant form seen in 2020. This goes both for Coach Pioli's side as much as it does for Coach Ganz's. The fixture list for January is as follows.
SERIE A
It will be a particularly busy month in the league: the Rossoneri start 2020 at the Vigorito in Benenvento against Filippo Inzaghi's side, before taking on sixth-place Juventus (at the time of writing), Torino, Cagliari, Atalanta and Bologna. Here is a detailed look of AC Milan's run of games in Serie A:
COPPA ITALIA
Just a few days after their fixture in the league (Saturday 9 January), AC Milan and Torino meet again in the Coppa Italia for a Round of 16 tie at San Siro. The winner of this tie will progress to the next round to face the winner of the tie between Juventus and Fiorentina.
WOMEN'S FIRST TEAM
The Rossonere return to action on 6 January as they face Fiorentina at the Stadio Comunale di Chiavari. Maurizio Ganz's team will take on the Viola in the semi-final of the Supercoppa Italian at 18:00 CET. If AC Milan are victorious, they will play in the final - also in Chiavari - on 10 January at 12:30 CET against the inner between Juventus and Roma. A return to action in the league is set for 16 January, when the Rossonere travel to Hellas Verona (12:30 CET) in the final game of the first half of the season. On Sunday 24 January, meanwhile, AC Milan take on Florentia away. The weekend after, 30/31 January, the Coppa Italia returns with the quarter-finals: the opposition, date and time for the game is still yet to be confirmed.
