You can receive a refund on your ticket purchased for the 2019/20 Serie A TIM fixtures AC Milan v Roma and AC Milan v Juventus from Monday 9 July in various different ways, depending on your method of purchase, as detailed below:
Tickets purchased online via the official site acmilan.com:
- Tickets will be automatically cancelled and the price reimbursed.
- The amount equal to the price of the ticket will be automatically transferred to the account of the card used to buy the tickets (if your credit card has expired or been revoked, please contact your bank to clarify how to receive a refund).
- The refunds will issued in second week of July.
- The amount will show up as available in your account according to the processing time of the bank, approximately 15-30 days from the date of re-credit.
Tickets purchased at Casa Milan, Banco BPM branches and Vivaticket outlets:
- It will be necessary to request a refund via the portal on the following website: rimborsi.acmilan.com.
- The amount equal to the price of the ticket purchase will by paid into the account indicated by the user during the online request.
- You have until 5 August 2020 to present this request. It will not be possible to request a refund after this date.
- Visit rimborsi.acmilan.com for more info on documents you'll need to complete the process.
For season ticket holders and those in possession of half season tickets (second half of the season) and game packs, the refund procedure for unattended matches, including AC Milan v Roma and AC Milan v Juventus, will be indicated at the end of the Serie A TIM 2019/20 season. Updates will be given on acmilan.com over the course of the coming weeks.
