This morning, the Rossoneri ate at Milanello before getting changed for training.
THE REPORT
The team started in the gym, doing some muscular warm-ups and strength training using the equipment, then moved to the pitch behind the changing rooms, where they started with a series of Speed, Agility and Quickness exercises. Once that was done, the boys began to do some technical work with the ball, followed by a couple of possession-based drills; training finished with stretching, done along the side of the pitch.
SATURDAY 17 JULY
Tomorrow, the team will train in the morning and then, at 17:00 CEST, will face Pro Sesto in a friendly game.
