MILANELLO: WORK AHEAD BEFORE PLAYING NICE

Training this morning for the Rossoneri who, as usual, met at Milanello for breakfast before heading down to the dressing rooms.

THE REPORT
The team began with muscle activation in the gym before moving onto the pitch to continue warming up with a series of exercises with low hurdles; then they brought the balls out, with keep-ball followed by some technical drills. After the first part, the team moved to the lower pitch where they worked on possession as well as some tactical exercises. A training match on half a pitch ended today's session.

Tomorrow's friendly is scheduled to take place at Nice, with kick-off at 20:30 CEST at the Allianz Riviera stadium.
