MORNING WORK FOR THE ROSSONERI

The team met at Milanello this morning for the second training session in preparation for the first matchday of the new season on Monday 23 August at 20:45 CEST, when AC Milan will face Sampdoria in Genoa. Paolo Maldini and Frederic Massara were also present at Milanello to attend the training session.

THE REPORT
The team began the training in the gym for the usual muscle activation before going out to the raised pitch behind the changing rooms, where they continued their warm-up with some physical exercises. To end the first part of the training, the group moved to the lower pitch where they carried out a series of exercises focused on possession, before playing a match on a reduced pitch to end today's session.
