DOUBLE SESSION FOR THE ROSSONERI, WITH FITNESS TEST

The team were back at Milanello today for another day of training. The Rossoneri did a double session in the absences of the many players away on international duty.

In the morning, the players present underwent fitness tests before working on technique and tactics in the afternoon. The second session largely involved on-the-ball work, interspersed with fitness drills. Training finished with a game on a reduced pitch.

FRIDAY 3 SEPTEMBER

The Rossoneri will train again tomorrow. At 13:45 CEST, new signing Junior Messias will be presented to the press at Milanello.
