PENULTIMATE SESSION BEFORE EMPOLI

The Rossoneri met up at Milanello this morning and completed their penultimate session before their next league fixture, which will see them face Empoli at 21:00 CEST on Friday 7 April at San Siro. 

REPORT
The group started off by activating their muscles in the gym. The Rossoneri then took to the pitch, where they finished their warm-up by carrying out a few athletic exercises with the aid of low obstacles and cones. The session continued with a series of technical drills and fitness work. It was then time to move on to tactics, before a practice match on a small pitch finished things off. 

TUESDAY 6 APRIL
The team will train in the morning tomorrow, after which Coach Pioli will hold his pre-match press conference at 14:00 CEST.
