THE ROSSONERI PREPARE FOR CAGLIARI AWAY

Training resumed this morning at Milanello after the rest day for Pioli's boys. The team got to the dressing room after breakfast to begin preparation for their next league match, which will see AC Milan away to Cagliari on Wednesday 27 September at 18:30 CEST. 

REPORT
The group began in the gym, carrying out muscular activations. The warm-up continued on the pitch with some athletic exercises performed between hurdles and cones and some rondos. Next was a series of possession drills, before the tactical element, whilst the standard match on a reduced pitch concluded today's session. 

TUESDAY 26 SEPTEMBER
A morning session is scheduled before departure for Cagliari in the afternoon.
