FINISHING FOCUS AT MILANELLO

The Rossoneri had breakfast this morning at Milanello before going out to train in preparation for their next league fixture, which sees AC Milan travel to Frosinone on Saturday 3 February at 18:00 CET. 

REPORT
The squad started off with some muscle activation exercises using low cones and training equipment, carried out on the long side of the pitch. The session followed on with some rondos and then a series of technical drills, focused on ball possession and finishing. The day's work ended with the usual training game on a reduced-sized pitch.  

WEDNESDAY 31 JANUARY
Tomorrow sees another morning session scheduled.
