PARMA HIT FOR FOUR AS THE ROSSONERE WIN AWAY

Two goals in each half at the Tardini and a second consecutive win in Serie A Femminile TIM

Four goals from four different scorers, three more points, a clean sheet and a really convincing performance. The Rossonere came out refreshed from the away match at Parma, winning 0-4 and earning their second consecutive victory in the league after victory against Sassuolo. Bergamaschi and Asllani - with a marvellous right-footed shot - scored in the first half, before Thrige and Kamila Dubcová in the second half, as well as two offside goals for Dubcová, and Tucceri Cimini at the end of the match.

Only positive signs, from a defence that looked solid and Laura Giuliani who was present and focused in the few chances Parma had. AC Milan have not picked up two wins in a row in Serie A since last May (a streak of four), and this must mark a changing point after the difficult start to the season. It was also a special afternoon for captain Bergamaschi, who on her 99th appearance for the club scored her 20th goal in Serie A, and for Linda Tucceri Cimini, who has made 98 appearances and provided yet another assist. On Saturday we return to the PUMA House of Football against Sampdoria, at 14.30 CEST, to follow up this fantastic win.

MATCH REPORT
Right from the start of the match, the Rossonere made it clear they wanted to control the game and take the lead as soon as possible: in the 11th minute a goal was ruled out for offside but the lead didn't take long to arrive. In the 18th minute Adami hit a long-range strike and clattered the crossbar. Bergamaschi was quicker than everyone else and on the rebound opened the scoring to make it 0-1. Ganz's team did not stop pushing and in the 36th minute found the second goal with Asllani, who from the edge of the penalty area hit a right-footed shot off the far post, an unstoppable shot for Capelletti to save. 2-0 AC Milan

In the second half AC Milan were awarded a penalty after Pirone brought down Thomas in the box: Lindsey took the spot kick but was denied by Capelletti, who was unable to stop Thrige's tap-in on the rebound to make it 3-0. Parma reacted aggressively and called Giuliani into action, testing the reflexes of our goalkeeper. The fourth goal came in the 79th minute through Kamila Dubcová, for her first Rossonere goal: Tucceri Cimini's corner and the Czech's precise header made it four. In the final minutes there was time for another goal ruled out, again for offside.
