The Rossoneri women's Primavera season has come to an end. The Scudetto semi-final in Cologno al Serio (BG) went Roma's way with a 3-0 win, a scoreline that does not reflect how the match went. Coach Corti's Rossoneri, after finishing in second place in the regular season, fell to the Giallorossi, who won their fifth consecutive Final game and are now in contention for their fourth title.
After a good start to the match, the Primavera conceded shortly after the half-hour mark and in the second half two more goals came after the 90th minute, with AC Milan down to ten after Crevacore's red card. Corti's side fought until the end, however, coming close on several occasions to the goal that would have levelled the game. The goal did not come, thanks to the saves of Merolla, who kept Roma ahead: a round of applause to our girls and good luck to our opponents in the Final.

MATCH REPORT
A promising start from the Rossonere, who after less than a minute already came close to a goal through Renzotti, who unleashed a right-footed shot after a long dribble: Merulla saved well down low. It was all AC Milan again in the 22nd minute, when Sevenius got a head to it at the front post but the goalkeeper saved well. Roma grew after the half-hour mark and found the lead in the 34th minute through Kramzar: a misunderstanding between Beka and Premoli, the ball fell to the Giallorossi midfielder who found the back of the net with a powerful finish.
In the second half the balance of play was still in the Rossonere's favour and in the 55th minute Galdini came close with a near-post effort. Change from Corti, and substitute Letizia Rossi's header in the 60th minute narrowly missed the target. Beka redeemed herself and, in the 65th minute, blocked excellently from Pellegrino Cimo, but between the 73rd and 75th minutes Merolla took centre stage once more: first, she dived to save Crevacore's right-footed shot from distance, then, in the 75th minute, she saved at the near post after Rossi's close-range effort. In the 90th minute, Crevacore picked up two yellow cards in the space of a few moments and was sent off, and from the resulting free-kick it was Kramzar again who made it 2-0. In the 95th minute, Montesi scored from a counter-attack to round off the win.
