AC Milan v Bologna ended 1-1 at the Stadio Piola di Novara, on matchday 30 of Primavera 1. The game got off to a fantastic start, with Domniței scoring after just 31 seconds of play. Bologna's equaliser came ten minutes into the second half with Papazov's goal from a corner. The point won ends a run of three straight defeats and can be seen as a positive result, given the number of absences.
Domniței’s goal was a superb one, coming from a Zaramella assist and breaking the deadlock after less than a minute. Later in the first half, the Rossoneri had chances to double their lead through Mancioppi, who hit the post, and Perera, who was unable to get a shot away when one-on-one with Franceschelli. After Cullotta’s early header in the second half, Bologna began to grow into the game, eventually finding the equaliser and earning a draw that, in the end, felt like a fair result. AC Milan’s next match is on Saturday at 13:00 CET against Juventus, in Vinovo.

MATCH REPORT
Renna's Rossoneri got off to a flying start, after scoring with their very first attack. Angelicchio released Zaramella down the flank, and after reaching the byline he pulled the ball back for Domniței, who fired powerfully under the crossbar to make it 1-0 for Milan Primavera. It was the best possible start, with Bologna reacting timidly. AC Milan kept pushing and in the 27th minute Mancioppi tried his luck after a promising run to the edge of the box, finishing the move with a powerful right-footed effort that hit the post. Nirash Perera was also dangerous, finding himself one-on-one with the goalkeeper but it drifted wide as he tried to go around him and ultimately failed to get a shot away.
The second half began with a header from Cullotta from a corner after just two minutes, comfortably saved by Franceschelli. In the 55th minute, Bologna found a somewhat scrappy equaliser from another corner, with Papazov getting the final touch. The goal slightly shifted the momentum of the match and gave the visitors confidence, as they began to push forward and look threatening around Bouyer’s goal. Castaldo and then Anastasio both tried their luck with headers, but no goal. The match ended 1-1.
