DÍAZ IS THE MVP FROM JUVENTUS V AC MILAN

The Rossoneri fans chose Brahim as the best player from the win in Turin

A brilliant goal, which kick-started a win 10 years in the making, and a brilliant display to repay the faith shown in him by Stefano Pioli. The Rossoneri fans chose Brahim Díaz as their MVP from Juventus 0-3 AC Milan. The Spanish centre-mid scored his third league goal of the season and his second in his last two starts.

Brahim is more than a talisman. His intrepid nature and his vision for the spectacular made this difference in the big match against the Bianconeri and saw him take the MVP prize with 49% of the vote amongst fans. Díaz finished ahead of another one of the goalscorers in Tomori, while Kjær and Rebić were further behind.

A splendid curling effort at the end of the first half was clearly the high point of the Rossoneri number 21's performance; the goal was brilliant both in its finish and build-up and saw Brahim muster all of his ability for accuracy and speed of execution. The Bianconeri defence could do nothing but watch as the shot curled into the top corner.

Over 90 minutes at the Stadium, Díaz took more shots on target than any other AC Milan player (two of AC Milan's five total shots on target) and made 32 touches of the ball. His passing accuracy is also worth a mention, with the Spaniard completing 17 of his 19 attempted passes - clearly showing his effectiveness in build-up play. His impact could represent a turning point for the end of the season and for the race towards the Champions League
