AC Milan has obtained the UNI/PdR 125:2022 Gender Equality Certification in an important step on the journey of commitment to promoting a more equal and inclusive workplace culture, focusing on valuing the individual. These principles are integral to our core processes, from recruitment and career development to performance reviews and pay equity, and are supported by a number of initiatives. For example, the adoption of a Gender Equality Policy, the use of monitoring tools based on both quantitative and qualitative indicators, the introduction of a dedicated governance system, stronger policies to support parenthood and work-life balance, and ongoing training and awareness activities around diversity and inclusion at all levels.
