MILAN FUTURO, THE SEASON DEBUT DRAWS NEAR

Oddo's Rossoneri take on Trevigliese in the opening round of the Serie D Coppa Italia this Sunday

Final few days of preparation before the season debut for Massimo Oddo's Milan Futuro. After an intense pre-season that began in mid-July and included several key friendlies to assess the level of the Rossoneri squad, our boys are ready to take the pitch in the Serie D Coppa Italia opening round (while the league is set to kick off in September).

On Sunday, 24 August at 20:00 CEST, Milan Futuro will face Trevigliese at the Chinetti Stadium in Solbiate Arno.  Trevigliese are freshly returning to the top amateur level, competing in Group D, after merging with Mapello and acquiring the registration rights to compete in the division. They are coming off a 2024/25 Play-off final loss following a fourth-place finish in Group B of Eccellenza Lombardia.

An opponent returning to Serie D after 26 years, Trevigliese will arrive at the Chinetti full of enthusiasm. It promises to be an important test for Coach Oddo's side, who are determined to make their mark right from the start of this new development journey. "We are here to nurture young talent," Oddo told Milan TV in his season-debut interview, and over the summer, several new arrivals have joined a group made up of familiar faces from last year, along with players promoted from the Primavera.

The match is scheduled for Sunday, 24 August at the Chinetti, with kick-off set for 20:00 CEST. Entry to the Solbiate Arno will cost €5. As part of the Club's ongoing initiatives to support fans with disabilities, we ask them to email dao@acmilan.com to confirm their attendance, subject to availability of dedicated seating. See you at the Chinetti!
