DOUBLE QUALIFICATION FOR MUSAH'S USA

Musah's USA wrapped up two qualifications in one fell swoop in Port of Spain: for the CONCACAF Nations League semi-finals (to be played in March) and therefore also the Copa América in 2024. A 2-1 defeat away to Trinidad and Tobago - the USMNT having gone down to ten men after former Rossonero Dest was sent off - proved inconsequential following the 3-0 win in the first leg of the quarter-final. Yunus played the full 90 and put in a good performance for Berhalter's side as an attacking midfielder.
