A valuable and important draw; victory was within reach, but a point will suffice. Milan Futuro drew 1-1 in their Serie D clash with league leaders Folgore Caratese. In Solbiate Arno, Vladimirov’s strike in the 59th minute cancelled out Biondini’s 38th-minute opener. As well as a hard-earned point – precious and deserved after coming from behind against the top side in the league – the Rossoneri also take home justified satisfaction in the quality of their play, especially from their strong second-half performance. After a tight first half, marked by the tough moment when they conceded, Oddo’s side pushed hard after the break and grew into the match.
The results extends their encouraging run after wins over Breno (1-0) and Caldiero Terme (3-0). Today’s draw strengthens the team’s upward trajectory and provides further momentum for the remainder of the season. Folgore, dominant in Group B, have now been dealt with both home and away. After Matchday 26, Milan Futuro move up to 42 points and climb to fifth place (due to wins for Villa Valle and ChievoVerona), just one point off second. The Playoff race is tighter than ever, with a tricky test away at Oltrepò up next.

MATCH REPORT
Milan Futuro brought energy and intensity from the outset, as after just five minutes Karaca tested Salvalaggio, but it proved one of the very few real attempts of the first half. The game was scrappy and hard-fought: Folgore pressed aggressively, while the Rossoneri sought to assert themselves in possession. Lops came close in the 34th minute, but Caratese struck suddenly just four minutes later: Capelli broke off down the left and sent a cross in to Biondini, who was able to control it well and send a well-placed finish into the corner. Capelli then nearly doubled the lead two minutes later, firing just over.
The second half told a different story, with Milan Futuro pressing higher. Magrassi set up Ossola in the 53rd minute, but his diagonal effort was off target, and Sala tried his luck shortly after. Finally, the equaliser came in the 59th: Vladimirov pounced on a loose ball in the box, doing well in a tight space to squeeze his finish into the corner. The Rossoneri remained on the front foot. Salvalaggio was forced to clear a scramble in the 63rd minute, and denied Zukić’s header from a corner a minute later. Ossola narrowly missed the target from close range following Traorè’s 66th-minute free-kick. Late chances also fell to Sardo and Traorè, without troubling the goalkeeper, before a stoppage-time opportunity for Forchignone wrapped up the intense encounter.
