LAST DOUBLE SESSION IN DUBAI

At the Dubai Police Club Stadium, that has hosted AC Milan throughout their stay in Dubai, the squad's last day of training has been completed with a double session, as always under the watchful eyes of Maldini and Massara.

In the morning, after a muscle activation session in the gym, the group went through some fitness drills using low hurdles and training obstacles, and then some pass-move and shoot technical exercises. Then, free-kicks from the edge of the area were practiced: three groups of players took turns to shoot, only one player from a group at a time, and if they scored there was a short sprint for the other two groups; if they missed, a short sprint for that said player. Instead, in the afternoon session, before starting, Coach Pioli gathered everyone together, staff included, to thank them for the work undertaken during the camp and to rouse the troops ahead of the second part of the season. Training then focused on warming up, ball possession, a tactical exercise and a small-sided game to finish off.

TUESDAY 20 DECEMBER
Tomorrow sees the Rossoneri return to Italy, allowing time for the squad to train at Milanello before Christmas. Then, there's the friendly with PSV Eindhoven (30 December) and the league campaign restart getting ever closer (4 January).
