TECHNICAL AND ATHLETIC DRILLS AT MILANELLO

The team trained at Milanello this morning in the penultimate session ahead of AC Milan v Crotone. Paolo Maldini and Frederic Massara were present at Milanello and followed the session alongside Fabio Capello, who was visiting the Rossoneri's training centre.

REPORT
The session began with the usual muscle activation in the gym. The group then took to the pitch to continue the warm-up with a series of themed rondos. Then, there was time for various technical drills combined with athletic work: switches in play, cross and shots on goal formed various stations that were to be completed with the highest intensity possible.
