TECHNIQUE AND BALL POSSESSION WITH SASSUOLO IN SIGHT

The Rossoneri trained today at Milanello as preparations continue towards their next league fixture against Sassuolo, scheduled for Sunday 29 January at 12.30 CET at San Siro. Also in attendance watching on were Paolo Maldini and Frederic Massara.

REPORT
The session started off in the gym with the usual muscle activation routine, before going out onto the grass to finish off the warm-up with some athletic exercises, using cones and training hurdles. Training continued with a series of ball-possession drills, technical and tactical work, and finally ending with a game on a reduced-sized pitch.
