Erin Cesarini was born on 1 April 2025 in Perugia and joined the AC Milan youth set-up in 2022. She totalled 15 goals in the Youth Sector and set herself apart by scoring in both the Women's Viareggio Cup finals and starting the Scudetto Final Four clash. She was officially called up to the First Team for the 2024/25 season, making her debut first in the Coppa Italia against Freedom and then in the league against Juventus, for a total of eleven appearances over the course of the season. She is part of the Italian Under-19 National Team.
