I applied for a Cuore Rossonero card more than a month ago, but it wasn't delivered to me. Is this normal? How can I check the shipment's status?

The Cuore Rossonero card requested online is sent to the address indicated at the time of subscription through a courier service, which provides it after a signed receipt from the recipient on delivery. You will receive an email with tracking of the shipment as soon as your card is to be sent. If you have not received the Cuore Rossonero card within 30 days from the date of request, you can call the Call Centre on (+39) 02.62284545 or e-mail crnsupport@acmilan.com; our operators will make the appropriate checks.
