1. DATA CONTROLLER

Data processing is undertaken by internal personnel at the Company specifically appointed for this purpose. Data collected for the execution of the above-mentioned purposes will also be processed by third parties appointed as Data Processors, or, as the case may be, communicated to the same as independent data controllers. These are namely: i) persons, companies, associations or professional firms providing assistance and consultancy to the Company, ii) companies, bodies, associations carrying out services connected with and instrumental to allowing the Data Subjects to navigate the site.

Furthermore, Data may be made available, communicated and transferred to Control Authorities, Judicial Authorities, Police Forces, who will process them as independent data controllers for the purpose of responding to requests for assessment or where expressly required by law.
