1. CO-DATA CONTROLLERS

AC Milan S.p.A and Milan Entertainment S.r.I, based at Via Aldo Rossi n.8, 20149 Milan, (hereinafter referred to as the "Companies") are the co-Data Controllers of the personal information gathered by the cookies active on the current website.
In reference to various cookies used on Facebook - such as Pixels - AC Milan S.p.A, Milan Entertainment S.r.I and Facebook Ireland Limited - with headquarters at 4 Grand Canal Square, Grand Canal Harbour, Dublin 2, Ireland - act as co-Data Controllers based on an Agreement of Joint Responsibility. This agreement was formed so as to measure the level of interaction between the sites visited as per the user’s preference and to provide targeted ads. 2. NATURE OF DATA PROVISION

The data collected by the technical and performance cookies are necessary in order to guarantee navigation via and the correct functioning of the website. The provision of data via profiling cookies may only be done with your explicit and optional consent. In order to refuse - or subsequently deactivate - these cookies, you can click on the "X" button of the cookie banner. You will still be able to navigate the site but the Companies will not be able to provide you with advertising, including targeted ads. 3. DATA STORAGE

Data will be saved for the amount of time as prescribed by each individual cookie. In particular, technical cookies and performance cookies, which are always active, may not be deactivated and, upon their expiry, new ones will be installed automatically.

4. SCOPE OF PROCESSING, COMMUNICATION, DISSEMINATION

Data processing is undertaken by internal personnel at the Companies specifically appointed for this purpose. Data collected for the execution of the above-mentioned purposes will also be processed by third parties appointed as Data Processors, or, as the case may be, communicated to the same as autonomous data controllers. These are namely: i) companies belonging to our corporate group for the above-mentioned purposes; persons, companies, associations or professional firms providing assistance and consultancy to the Companies, ii) companies, bodies, associations carrying out services connected with and instrumental to allowing the Data Subjects to navigate the site.
Furthermore, Data may be made available, communicated and transferred to Control Authorities, Judicial Authorities, Police Forces, who will process them as independent data controllers for the purpose of responding to requests for assessment or where expressly required by law.

The website uses special functions, which allow the incorporation of full social media functionality within the website (eg. Facebook's Pixels). Pixels are aggregate statistics created from certain events recorded by Facebook's servers when people interact with pages and associated content.
When one visits a page on our website and uses Facebook Products (including 'Pages'), the corresponding information (eg, IP Address, operating system, browser two, language settings, cookie data) is transferred directly to Facebook and stored thereby.

7. HOW TO ACCEPT AND REMOVE COOKIES

Technical cookies are in operation by default; they are necessary and obligatory as they serve to aid the correct function of the website and you may not deactivate them.
Performance cookies - given that they are anonymous and have a reduced capacity to identify the user (due to the masking of the IP address) - are assimilated into the technical cookies. They are, therefore, not subject to your authorisation.

8. RIGHTS OF THE DATA SUBJECT

You may exercise, in relation to the processing of Data collected by cookies, the rights set out by the GDPOR (art. 15-21), including:

  • to update, modify and/or correct Data (right of rectification);
  • to request the deletion or limitation of Data handling processed in breach of law, including Data the storage of which is not necessary in relation to the purposes, for which the Data was collected or otherwise processed (right to cancellation and right to limitation;
