In collaboration with Hojtsu Vietnam CO. LTD, the Milan Academy Hanoi was established in 2020 with the objective of offering players aged five to 18 the chance to partake in elite training to accompany their sporting and personal growth, with core values such as sporting spirit, respect and teamwork being transmitted in the process.

Official AC Milan Head Coach Davide Battistini, who resides in the area throughout the season, has the task of coordinating and training up the local staff on a daily basis. He ensures that the coaching being offered instills the values of sport and increases the skillset of every single player, with the Milan Method being implemented throughout.

Ryotaro Imaizumi, President of the Academy: "Our Football School is the only Academy in Vietnam which is linked to a European team. The partnership with AC Milan allows us to offer an elite training programme from both a technical and educational point of view thanks to the help of an Official Coach and support staff which have gone through a vigorous selection process."

Hợp tác với Công Ty TNHH Hojitsu Việt Nam, Học viện Milan Hà Nội được thành lập vào năm 2020 với mục tiêu mang đến cho các cầu thủ trẻ từ 5 đến 18 tuổi cơ hội tham gia các khóa đào tạo ưu tú để phát triển toàn diện về thể thao và cá nhân các em. Huấn luyện viên trưởng chính thức của Ac Milan Davide Battistini, cư trú trong khu vực suốt mùa giải có nhiệm vụ điều phối và đào tạo đội ngũ nhân viên hàng ngày. Anh ấy đảm bảo sẽ cung cấp sự huấn huyện thấm nhuần giá trị thể thao và nâng cao kỹ năng của mỗi cầu thủ với phương pháp Milan được áp dụng xuyên suốt quá trình đào tạo.

• Milan Academy U4 - Ages 3-4
  Recreational-educational activities with physical exercise and games to promote the harmonious development of the children's identities as they get to know and learn to control their bodies.
• Milan Academy U6 - Ages 5-6
  An introduction to motor and technical skills for the smaller children as they learn to understand and move their bodies while on the ball in the most introductory games in football coaching.
• Milan Academy U8 - Ages 7-8
  Consolidation and development of motor and coordination skills, improvement of individual technique and an introduction to the principles of individual tactics through games against an opponent.
• Milan Academy U10 - Ages 9-10
  The fine-tuning of individual technique and the development of the children's understanding of individual and team tactics as they begin to work together in different match situations.
• Milan Academy U12 - Ages 11-12
  A more in-depth understanding of offensive and defensive phases of the game; the development of and introduction to various playing systems through games and situational drills.
• Milan Academy U14 - Ages 13-14
  A fine-tuning of the children’s understanding of offensive and defensive phases of the game; a more in-depth focus on various playing systems, an introduction to different tactics through team exercises.
• Milan Academy U16 - Ages 15-16
  The consolidation of a footballing philosophy and identity based on ball possession as the result of all of the children's training in their various stages of growth.
• Milan Academy U18 - Ages 17-18
  A programme centred on the specialisation of the technique, tactics, psychology and physicality required for elite competitive football.
