In compliance with current government regulations for all Italian cultural sites (ref. D.L. 23 July 2021), from 6 August 2021, it is mandatory that visitors present their Green Pass, alongside a valid identity document, to enter the Mondo Milan Museum. This does not apply to minors under the age of twelve and those with specific medical certifications.

ATTENTION: without the Green Pass (or equivalent documentation) and a valid form of identification, it will not be possible to enter the Museum and the ticket purchased will not be refunded.

The COVID-19 Green Certification - EU digital COVID is a digital and printable (paper) certification, which displays a two-dimensional barcode (QR Code) and a specialised electronic mark.

The certification proves one of the following conditions:

- you have been vaccinated against COVID-19 (in Italy it is issued both after the first dose and on completion of the vaccination process)

- you have had a negative molecular or rapid antigen test taken within the last 48 hours

- you have recovered from COVID-19 in the last six months

MAKING YOUR VISIT AS SAFE AS POSSIBLE

The Museum is ready to welcome visitors in compliance with all the necessary safety measures that the Club has committed to implement. There are a few simple rules to follow to ensure that your visit is as safe as possible and that it complies with the regulations in place to slow the spread of COVID-19.

Sanitary measures at the Museum entrance:

  • It is mandatory to wear a face mask at all times.
  • Our staff will measure the body temperature of every visitor upon entry. Visitors with a temperature of 37.5°C or higher will not be permitted to enter the museum.
  • It is mandatory to disinfect your hands with the hand sanitiser available at the entrance.

Measures in place for your visit:

  • A one-way system will be in place the museum, with the tour finishing in the AC Milan Store.
  • Inside the museum it will be mandatory for visitors to maintain a distance of at least one meter.
  • Before and after using the touch screens in the exhibition, it is compulsory to disinfect your hands with the hand sanitiser available throughout the museum.

Cloakroom:

  • The cloakroom will remain closed indefinitely.
