In collaboration with PacificPine Sports, the Milan Academy Shenzhen was established in 2021. From the day of its inauguration, the Soccer School aims to offer players, from 6 to 12 years old, an elite technical proposal that accompanies them in their sporting and personal growth, transmitting fundamental values such as sports culture, fairplay and teamwork.

Official AC Milan Head Coach Andrea Galbiati, who resides in the area throughout the season, has the task of coordinating and training up the local staff on a daily basis. He ensures that the coaching being offered instills the values of sport and increases the skillset of every single player, with the Milan Method being implemented throughout.

• Milan Academy U6 - Age 5-6
  An introduction to motor and technical movements for the youngest kids in which they will learn to know and move their body by using the ball throughout preparatory games for teaching football.
• Milan Academy U8 - Age 7-8
  Consolidation and development of motor and coordination aspects, improvement of individual technique and discovery of the principles of individual tactics through team-based games.
• Milan Academy U10 - Age 9-10
  Improvement of individual technique and development of the principles of individual and collective tactics through developing collaboration in different game situations.
• Milan Academy U12 - Age 11-12
  Deepening of the knowledge of offensive and defensive game principles; development and discovery of the various game systems through situational games and exercises.
