The Milan Academy Aichi has been, since it's inception in 2011, Japan's primary presence for the Club, thanks to the collaboration with the Terranuova inc. society. It hosts kids from five to twelve years of age and has been successful in its drive to promote AC Milan's methodology and values in the cities of Komaki, Nagoya and Toyohashi.

Matteo Loreti, Official AC Milan Head Coach, has been invilved in the development of the Academy's initiatives for years. His main role is to coordinate local staff and guarantee that each participant feels part of the family, in order to grow and improve both on and off the pitch.

Chairman of the company, Akihiro Yamada: "We're looking to get the kids to develop from a human and sporting perspective, using football as a teaching tool. This allows us to promote the values of the sport with respect to the rules, social cohesion and integration. The AC Milan coach and are our staff guarantee the same dedication to improving each child, independent of their ability or experience."
