In collaboration with NCST, the Milan Academy Pro Bahrain was established in 2024 with the aim of creating a world-class environment for aspiring footballers aged 15 to 17. The academy offers players the opportunity to receive elite training that supports both their sporting and personal growth, while instilling core values such as sportsmanship, respect, and teamwork.
An Official AC Milan Head Coach will reside in the area throughout the season, tasked with coordinating and training local staff daily. The coach ensures that the training provided not only upholds the values of sport but also enhances the skills of each individual player, with the Milan Method being consistently implemented.
NCST Bahrain places great emphasis on developing the sports sector and nurturing young football talent through an innovative and structured educational track, "Sports and Business Management" which is designed to cultivate future players, coaches, and administrators with a professional mindset. NCST collaboration with AC Milan on the Academy Pro project, come as an alignment with the Kingdom's vision of empowering Bahraini sports professionals to achieve regional and international success.

وستوفر الأكاديمية برامج تدريبية نوعية تركز على تطوير المهارات الرياضية والشخصية للاعبين، مع ترسيخ قيم أساسية مثل الروح الرياضية والاحترام والعمل الجماعي. وسيتولى مدرب رئيسي رسمي من نادي إيه سي ميلان الإشراف على برامج التدريب في البحرين طوال الموسم، حيث سيعمل بشكل يومي على تدريب وتوجيه الكادر الرياضي، وتطبيق فلسفة ونهج نادي إي سي ميلان لتطوير اللاعبين بما يحقق أعلى معايير الاحتراف.
مركز ناصر العلمي والتقني يحرص على دعم قطاع الرياضة بمملكة البحرين وتنمية المواهب الكروية الشابة من خلال مسار تعليمي منظم ومبتكر، وهو مسار الرياضة وإدارة الأعمال، لطلاب المرحلة الثانوية، والذي يهدف إلى إعداد اللاعبين والمدربين والإداريين الرياضيين المستقبليين بعقلية احترافية. ويأتي التعاون مع نادي إي سي ميلان في مشروع "أكاديمية برو"، لترجمة رؤية مملكة البحرين في تمكين وتطوير الرياضيين البحرينيين وتكوين مهاراتهم في بيئة علمية ورياضية منفتحة على التجارب الإقليمية والدولية مما يعزز من انطلاقتهم نحو العالمية.
