The Milan Academy Dubai was founded in 2024 with the aim of being more than just another football school
In collaboration with Ball Beast Academy LLC, the Milan Academy Dubai was established in 2024 with the objective of offering players aged 5 to 18 the chance to partake in elite training to accompany their sporting and personal growth, with core values such as sporting spirit, respect and teamwork being transmitted in the process.
Official AC Milan Head Coach Alberto Lacandela, who resides in the area throughout the season, has the task of coordinating and training up the local staff on a daily basis. He ensures that the coaching being offered instills the values of sport and increases the skillset of every single player, with the Milan Method being implemented throughout.
Hassan Almeddine, General Manager of Ball Beast Academy LLC, added: "We are thrilled to announce the launch of the Milan Academy in Dubai, a pivotal step in our mission to nurture and elevate football talent in the UAE. Our academy is committed to instilling values of teamwork, discipline, and sportsmanship, which are essential for personal and athletic growth. By fostering a strong community and providing world-class training, we aim to discover and develop the next generation of football stars, with special programs dedicated to girls in football and people of determination."

يتولى المدرب الرئيسي لنادي ميلان، ألبرتو لاكانديلا، المقيم في المنطقة طوال الموسم، مهمة تنسيق وتدريب الطاقم المحلي يوميًا. وهو يضمن أن التدريبات المقدمة تغرس قيم الرياضة وتزيد من مهارات كل لاعب، مع مراعته تطبيق منهجية ميلان طوال الوقت.
