AC MILAN AND ROC NATION JOIN FORCES TO HONOUR FRONTLINE WORKERS WITH A VIRTUAL LIVE EVENT TONIGHT HOSTED BY DJ KHALED AND DILETTA LEOTTA

AC Milan and global entertainment company Roc Nation have partnered to create “From Milan with Love”, a virtual live event taking place tonight to honor and pay tribute to key workers fighting on the front line against COVID-19 around the world.

The event will be hosted by GRAMMY-award winning producer DJ Khaled and Italian journalist and TV host Diletta Leotta and will feature live performances from a number of international music artists, including Alicia Keys, Kelly Rowland, Robin Thicke, Gavin Rossdale and Chris Traynor of Bush, Jay Buchanan of Rival Sons, Lola Ponce, Matteo Bocelli, Capoplaza and Rkomi. Additional appearances will be made by global entertainment and sports personalities including Jonas Brothers, Kaká, Thierry Henry, Carlo Cracco, Danilo Gallinari and Jannik Sinner joined by many AC Milan’s footballers.

The initiative will help raise money for Fondazione Milan and non-profit organisation Direct Relief, which operates in 95 Countries worldwide. Viewers will be able to donate via the 'From Milan with Love' official fundraising page, taking all International transactions, and AC Milan Official Facebook page, which enables donations in local currency.

FONDAZIONE MILAN SCORES ANOTHER GOAL: A FUNDRAISER TO SUPPORT FOOD DISTRIBUTION TO THE FAMILIES IN NEED

A goal scored against Coronavirus. The Rossoneri family has collected over €650,000 for the fight against COVID-19. This is a goal that the club has achieved as a team by uniting the whole Rossoneri community, from the Club to the fans across the world, to the players and the directors, to the employees and the Milan Clubs.

After this initial phase, Fondazione Milan is now supporting an initiative launched by the Municipality of Milan to donate food to the families in need in the Milan area. Fans can contribute by making a donation to the following link: https://sostieni.fondazionemilan.org/

WELCOME ROINVESTING, AC MILAN’S NEW BUSINESS PARTNER.

AC Milan welcomes ROinvesting to its family of commercial partners. The Royal Forex Ltd. brand, and the Rossoneri Club have signed a partnership agreement, which sees the broker become the Club's Official CFD Partner until June 30, 2021. The partnership between AC Milan and the online trading platform ROinvesting is built upon a number of shared synergies, including a strong focus on quality, performance and technological innovation.

ROinvesting has immediately joined AC Milan and Fondazione Milan in the fight against Covid-19 by making a generous donation of $50,000 - as seen in a video shared by the online trading platform on its social channels starring AC Milan's Gloria and Brand Ambassador Daniele Massaro.

BERGAMASCHI AND PIAZZA SHARED THEIR FOOTBALL JOURNEY IN AN ONLINE CLASS WITH A GROUP OF STUDENTS

As part of the ongoing collaboration between AC Milan and VITA, AC Milan Women’s forward Valentina Bergamaschi and goalkeeper Alessia Piazza joined a group of 110 boys and girls from the Breda Secondary School in Sesto San Giovanni in an online class last Thursday. Valentina and Alessia shared their personal football journey, talking about how they got into football, the relationships with their respective families, the sacrifice made to be able to play at top levels and what it means to see your hard work pay off.

PUMA AND AC MILAN'S TRAINING SESSIONS CONTINUE

The Training Kids sessions dedicated to the little ones organised by Puma and AC Milan continue with Massimo Ambrosini and his son Federico. 8 30-second exercises put together for the young generations to have some fun together while staying active.

ONLINE TRAINING SESSIONS FOR THE FIRST TEAM

AC Milan's players are required to following a six-day workout plan every week, which includes an hour of aerobic exercises that can be recreated at home.  Every day, except for Sundays, the team's activity is divided into three or four sets of exercises focusing on balance, stability and core strengthening. All training sessions, made available to players via video links, are overseen by physiotherapists, trainers, technical staff and by the coach Pioli. The Club continues all day-to-day activities through smart working and is ready to implement any changes based on the guidelines issued by the competent authorities for a second phase of the ongoing emergency. The Club continues to participate in follow-up meetings held by international and national sports authorities to share relevant updates concerning the emergency and developments of the pandemic.

After receiving permission to return to training on an individual basis, the team will only get back to work at the Milanello training centre after undergoing screening based on the sports medicine protocol which is currently under approval.
