OP‑ED: 50 YEARS A MILANISTA

I was 10 when my cousin, who lived in Milan, came on holiday near Ferrara, where I lived. He started showing me stickers with pictures of Rivera, Prati and all the AC Milan team. I fell in love with them at first sight and now, over half a century later, I'm still a Rossonera. One of my fondest memories is the match when Baresi retired, it was a moment full of enthusiasm. The only sour note, both my husband and son are Inter fans.
