OP‑ED: MY HEART WAS READY TO BURST

AC Milan v Napoli, 23 November 2019, my first time at San Siro. Autumn 2019 wasn't the most promising period for us Milanisti, the team's form wasn't exactly encouraging and, to be honest, if I hadn't purchased the tickets a while ago, I wouldn't have gone to the match. Despite all that, as game day approached, I couldn't help but get more and more excited. The moment San Siro came into view, my heart started to beat so fast it felt like it was going to burst. As I entered the stadium, I was gobsmacked, there were 60 thousand people there, my seat was in the second-tier red section and as I went to sit down, I was savouring the experience of Italy's most beautiful stadium. The match ended 1-1, but the result wasn't important to me at that time, I'd been to San Siro and will never forget that day!
